Cheap and honest guitar tech recommendations

I am on a bit of a tight budget and need someone to setup a used guitar, and let me know whatever else is potentially wrong with it as I'm completely new to this. Trying to stay under $40-50 if possible but I'm not familiar with the pricing so open to any knowledge sharing and suggestions in general. Thanks in advance!
