Charter Amendment – Municipal Court Judge Terms
On February 4, 2025, the City Council adopted Ordinance 2369, officially calling the election for this charter amendment. If approved by voters, this change will amend Article 4: Administrative Offices and Departments, Section 4.06(b) – Municipal Court of the City Charter.
