Charity Recommendation

I recently discovered that an old friend I lost contact with died of an overdose in April (knew they passed, just learned cause). I would like to setup a reoccurring donation with an organization in the Houston area that does harm reduction outreach, ideally they would also provide mental health services (if not would also love a mental health charity that works in Houston). Is there an organization in Houston that y’all would recommend?
