Chachos Picadillo Recipe

Hey there yall. I left Houston last year and I miss Chachos picadillo nachos so damn much. Does anyone know the recipe or a damn near similar one for their specific ground beef picadillo? Anyone know someone from chachos or better yet willing to try and just ask them for the recipe? I want to scratch that itch or satiate that craving as it were. I appreciate any help in advance.
