Cesar Prieto

On his Wikipedia page, it says he's a part of our organization, but I haven't found anything about us signing him, and I believe he can't sign until July. Is this a situation similar to Leon where everyone knew he'd sign with us and the wait was just a formality, or just a dumb edit on a wiki page? Just curious on our day off.
