CEO of Houston asset management firm dies unexpectedly
John Blaisdell, chairman and CEO of Houston-based Salient Partners LP, died unexpectedly Feb. 15, the firm announced.
Blaisdell, who joined the real asset and alternative investment management firm as chairman and CEO in 2002, is survived by his daughters Megan Blaisdell Willis and Kaitlin Blaisdell, and his sisters Debbie Ahern, Linda Newman and Sandy Blaisdell, according to an announcement from Salient. A memorial service is scheduled for 5 p.m. on Feb. 22 at Heights Funeral Home.
