CEO of Houston-area industrial services co. adds chairman role

The CEO of Sugar Land-based industrial service company Team Inc. (NYSE: TISI) is taking over as chairman.

Previous Chairman Louis A. Waters elected to step down from the role, according to a press release. The company’s board of directors unanimously elected CEO Amerino Gatti to take over as chairman, effective immediately. The board also appointed Waters lead independent director.
