Central Spot for Work Happy Hour

What's the best spot for an after work happy hour? I'm looking for something centrally located that can accommodate about 20 people without having to book a private room.

I know tons of stuff South of Houston, but haven't been to any happy hours inside the loop since Covid. Doesn't have to be anything fancy, just a bunch of techies getting together.
