Central Market Sandwich Line

No hate to the people who made central market sandwiches popular on tik tok. Yall…… I went on a Sunday mid day and still waited 25 minutes in that line. The worker was doing the best they can while still being friendly but damn I miss just walking up and getting a sandwich and wait less than 5 minutes.

Now does anyone know how to make their salsa pesto? Is addicting and unfortunately they don’t sell it nor could I find a recipe online
