Central Cadillac Midtown Houston Closed

I just noticed in the past week or so that the Central Cadillac Houston dealer in Midtown abruptly shutdown on Main St and McGowan. I walked by it last night and noticed it was boarded up and the garage was empty. I also noticed a homeless group starting to hang out by one of their smaller buildings on Main Street near the Midtown on the Rail Apartment complex. This maybe started a week or so ago. Anyone know when and why they closed?
