Centerpoint won’t show up to connect gas??

I just moved to a small apartment unit in the upper Kirby area and I’ve been trying to set up the gas. I had an appointment with centerpoint Friday and after waiting about an hour after the appointment time I sat on hold for their customer service line until I could get through to a human just for them to say “they cancelled it because they couldn’t get into the gate, they said they called and nobody answered.”. Wtf I can see the walk in gate from my front door and I never saw anybody, and I certainly didn’t receive a call. The appointment got rescheduled for today (Monday) and I received an automated call prior to my appointment time. I pressed the button to confirm I was home, propped open the gate so they could walk right in, AND left sticky notes on both entry gates letting them know I am home and leaving my phone number to call if they have any problems. Again they didn’t show and I sat on hold until they explained to me that it was cancelled again because “no adult was home to let worker in”. I don’t know what to do! I never saw anybody walk up and my gf said she saw them drive by without even trying to get into the gate on Friday. I need my gas connected for hot water and the sticker to work, what do I do!!!
