CenterPoint or plumber for gas leak?

Our neighborhood has gas lights for street lighting. There is one in every home’s front yard. I think our light’s gas line is leaking somewhere near our home (the light is still lit).

Should I call CenterPoint or a plumber to diagnose? I’ve heard CenterPoint might shut off the entire gas line if there is a leak. They won’t actually repair.
