CenterPoint Energy discloses salary, bonus for new CEO Dave Lesar
Houston-based CenterPoint Energy Inc. (NYSE: CNP) will pay new President and CEO Dave Lesar a slightly higher base salary than his predecessor.
The energy provider announced Lesar’s appointment on June 30, and he took over the role on July 1. His executive compensation information was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on July 2.
Lesar will receive a base salary of $1.35 million per year, plus a sign-on equity award consisting of restricted stock units valued at $1 million.…
