CenterPoint Energy closes multimillion-dollar divestment after price adjusted

Houston-based CenterPoint Energy Inc. (NYSE: CNP) completed the sale of its natural gas retail business, formerly called CenterPoint Energy Services Inc., to private equity firm Energy Capital Partners LLC.
