Census data shows Black population in Spring, Klein grew by 41% over 5 years

The Spring and Klein area’s Black population grew by about 41% over five years rising from 30,566 residents who identified as Black or African American in 2018 to 43,154 in 2023, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.
