Celtic/Nordic Tattoo Artist

Hi everyone! I'm looking for someone in the Houston area who can do Celtic and Nordic ink for sleeves and a sleeve/chest piece. So far I haven't found anyone… I'd even be willing to go as far as Austin to get the work done. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
