CDE garage parking IAH

Hello 👋 Does anyone know if the CDE parking garage at IAH has elevators/walking -path to terminal E arrivals? I'm picking someone from terminal E international arrivals. I thought of parking my car at CDE garage and then walking to E arrivals

I know I could park at cellphone parking lot, but I wanted to receive them at the gate by going there few minutes early. Thanks!
