CBRE names new market leader for Houston
Los Angeles-based commercial real estate and investment firm CBRE Group Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) has named the new head of its Houston office.
The firm announced Jan. 23 that Peter Mainguy has been promoted to senior managing director and market leader for CBRE’s Houston office. In his new role, Mainguy will oversee all advisory services lines of business and drive strategic initiatives and growth in the Houston market.
