Catalytic converter stolen

Please be safe and careful. My dad came home really upset at his work place they stole a woman catalytic converters. Then they proceeded to cut my dads converter but they ran out of time. Now he has to pay 600 or more to get it weld. Can’t imagine what the poor lady has to go through. This happened in the 290 northwest area.
