Casual Restaurant with a Private Room?

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a restaurant in town that has a private room. The problem is we want a laid back vibe – it is for a corporate trivia night. It needs to be able to host 35-40 people, needs to be private as opposed to a section of the restaurant (both so we can hear the trivia questions and so we don't disturb other diners), and needs to be within a ten minute drive from downtown. Any ideas?
