Cascade at The Wortham

Hi – my partner and I wanted to do a photoshoot near the Wortham Theather but noticed the water fountain near it, named Cascade at The Wortham, was turned off and it looked as if it’s been off for a while. Does anyone know when they turn that thing on and for how long?
