carnival south bound off i-45?

saw a carnival today going southbound from Houston to Clear Lake (probably around 10-15 minutes out of the city in a big parking lot). I don't remember exactly where it was and I can't find anything online about it. Does anyone know what this could be and where it is? Thanks in advance!
