Carnival in NW Houston/Harris County (not rodeo)

Anyone have information on this like prices (if they have wristbands) and location? Also wondering if it has a decent amount of big rides. Sorry I don’t have better details on a location. My wife saw it off the freeway on the way home from work. We are terrible at locations despite having lived here more than four years.
