Caribbean food craving

Hey everyone,

Had posted this in r/houstonfoodie but hadn’t gotten a response. I was wondering where the best Caribbean food is at (Trinidad specifically but I’ll take what I can get)?

I was in DC this past weekend and missed roti so much, I’ve seen a couple places mentioned (Taste of the Caribbean being one). Any other places shine?
