Car stolen from Saint Arnold Brewing

My husband’s vehicle was picked up by an unmarked, white, flat bed tow truck yesterday morning around 10:30 AM from Saint Arnold Brewing Company. There is no record in the Houston tow database (including Houston PD) of it being towed and his payments are up to date so repo is not an option. No one from the company ordered it towed. He was parked in a legal, designated parking space. We are working with witnesses on a better description of the truck/ driver and management on obtaining security footage.

Car details: 2016 Chevy Equinox, Navy Blue, Plates ending with 4940,Standard rims and tires, No tinted windows

Any tips or similar experiences would be helpful. Thanks Houston!

Edit: Police were called and the vehicle has been reported stolen.
