Car dealerships around Houston that sell around MSRP

I have been looking for quotes on a new compact sedan, and the mark ups have been pretty insane. A Honda Civic was offered to me over 11k above MSRP. Are there any non luxury brand dealerships in the area that sell at MSRP? Or even just close?
