Car Chameleon window tint legality

I'd appreciate if someone can help me figure this out. So apparently, All colors are legal to be tinted, Except red blue and amber. Which is weird because, those are really the only colors you see.

I've seen people with chameleon tints and it looks nearly entirely blue.

I am interested in that type of tint, but the law seems kind of confusing to me. So I'm just wondering, are chameleon tints allowed, or not?
