Car breaks in in Galleria high rise offices

Hello,

For all the Houstonians, what has been your experience with car break ins in the Houston Galleria area. I have heard it is very bad with assaults, grand theft, and plain nuisance damages. Does the real estate companies do anything to secure the buildings or they just do not even put in basic security? Do these buildings have any security, cameras, anything at all? Why is the area so unsafe.
