Car Battery – 5 Weeks

So I left out of town in a hurry for 5wks and I'll be returning in a few days back home. Should I expect my car battery to be dead? It's been sitting at IAH this entire time. I haven't kept up with the weather back in Houston. The battery is a little over two years old now and back in September I did the same thing for 5weeks and I had no issues turning my car on and I drove it for about 45min after that. Thoughts? Cold vs hot Houston weather.
