Car accident lawyers

So I got into an accident where the other party failed to yield, and also got a ticket for driving without a license.

I know all of this because I bought the police report and sent it to Allstate. Their insurance. Their adjuster said nothing can be done until the insuree gives a statement. And although the adjuster was thankful for the police report, he said all state make decisions based on statements???
