Can’t decide where to buy in Houston, just need to be 20-30 mins away from Chinatown.

I just want to say thank you to many of those who have helped given me a better idea about Houston in my recent post on here. At this rate, I just want to ask what are some of great areas that you guys recommend to raise a family. My budget for a home is 425k or less. I would like to have a 4 bed home and a newer built would be ideal. I’m also from a state that doesn’t really experience rain and flood much. So whichever area that doesn’t flood much would be great too…Thank you again everyone!
