Cancelled my EZTAG EZPlate to get a TX TAG now im getting eztag bills lol

so originally i had HCTRA Ez Tag EZPlate setup. but i kept getting mailed bills via TX Tag from 99 Grand parkway… so i looked at TX Tag and it was supposed to be good for all Toll Road in Tx. well after cancelling my EZ Plates and going TX TAG im now getting bills for EZTAG…. what gives? ive gotta have 10 transponder tags strapped to my windshield to cover all my bases?
