Can you monsters please stop walking your dogs in the middle of the day in summer?

I love my dog. And I wish I could have brought her everywhere we went today. But I saw so many people with dogs on sunbaked pavement with no protection for their feet. I saw several dogs clearly overheated and panting while their owners were totally oblivious and clearly not giving them water. Do better.
