Can you live in Houston if you don’t know how to drive?

Coming from a country with good transportation system so don’t exactly know how to drive/have a license yet (I’m a student so very young). Will I be able to travel easily within Houston for work?

Edit: I have a year of work at MD Anderson hospital. Will try finding an accommodation nearby but dreading if I’m unable to
