Can you knuckle draggers please stop turning from the second lane?

Every. Single. Day. I drive to work in midtown and on my way down Smith is person after person after person turning left into a parking lot from the second lane. It happens every day and it happens multiple times. Jesus the drivers in this city still continue to surprise me.
