Can you go observe the foreclosure sales at Bayou City Event Center?

I'm interested in real estate, and am curious how foreclosure sales are conducted and wanted to see how it works in real life. Was wondering if anyone knew whether they let folks inside to watch process or if they only let potential buyers inside for the sales conducted at Bayou City Event Center.
