Can you get a job with an ADN in Houston?

I recently passed the NCLEX and had to move to Houston to take care of family. I applied to over 30 positions but almost all of them came back denied. Every position that’s remotely near me (memorial city) has “BSN required” in the description.

I’m doing everything I can. I’m searching for job fairs for healthcare or veterans (I served in the Marines), but I can’t seem to find anything. I had a job lined up to work in the ICU before having to move.

Do I need to lower my standards? At this point I just need to start somewhere to gain experience, but it seems difficult to even do that.
