Can y’all see the east side of Spring ever getting better?

East of 45 from 1960 up to 99 is pretty notorious for being not great. It’s not a bad location so I could see the area being on the mend in the future, but I guess it depends on how many people are willing to take a chance for cheaper property vs just buying on the west side/the woodlands.
