Can y’all help me figure out if this is legit?

I got this bill in the mail today. I have not been to the hospital recently but I did have to call 911 earlier this month.

A few things are confusing me. Firstly, I never received a bill from St. Joseph after the call and nothing was submitted to my insurance. Second, I live out in the Clear Lake area, so not close to this hospital. Third, the hospital is called St. Joseph’s Medical Center not Health Center.

If anyone can offer me some insight or advice on how to proceed I would really appreciate it.
