Can we talk KeKe ?
So it’s obviously early and it’s one showing. That said … he set an NFL record in his first game as a rookie “Most receptions for a rookie in their first game” (it was 10 or 11).
He looked fantastic yesterday. There was at least one play that Watson opened him up with his feet, but mostly the route running seemed solid and speed was there.
He is under contract next year for $1M. Cooks is under contract.
Could it be that Keke is legitimately a good WR and OBrien kept him shuttered in the dog house, or was it more likely they didn’t have much tape on him?
