Can we talk about proper attire?

I'm prepared to be downvoted, but I have to ask. Why do people in Houston dress like s**t? You're at the Hobby on a Saturday for a show and the best you can do is flip flops, a tank and shorts that expose your butt cheeks? Why? Go out to dinner at a fairly nice upscale restaurant and there are people with bonnets? Again, why? PJ pants and hair rollers in stores. Why? I travel to other large cities and people dress nicely. I get it, it's hot. OK, that's not an excuse for dressing like s**t. And, before anyone makes this about race or culture, it's ALL types of people.
