Can someone please tell me who’s actually hiring??

I’m tired of applying online and still hear nothing back and I would still see the same business posting the same job for hire weeks/months later. I’ve even been going to worksource and still nothing, I just got out of the military and just want a break from that but it seems like I’ll have to go back.
