Can someone help me figure out the metro while I attempt to look at the website?

I have taken busses and subways before but (the fact that I say subways gives you a clue I'm not from here lol).

I'm currently in Conroe and trying to figure how to get to a medical center on Gesser Rd and it's like the same overwhelm I get going into Forever 21 or TJ Maxx or my father's antique man cave. Info overload while I try to figure it out. I have pico that shows the commuter stops in Houston I just gotta make it Gessner in Hedwig village (memorial city)
