Can someone explain to me, from where this Nick Caserio hype is coming in this sub?

I think I'm out of the loop. It feels like what ever thread I open about a decision the GM could even have remote control over he is getting praised for.

We pick up the 7th TE on our roster via draft. Nick is getting prasied.

We trade up to pick WR Nico Collins. And if we look at the trade value charts we not only gave up 3 picks we even overpaid in the most realistic next season scenarios.

Pick 89/145p | 109/76p + 158/26.6 + something between 82p and 37.5p. So we gave up between 140.1p and 184.6p for 145p. To go even in that trade, the Rams need to be under the last 8 teams, in the coming season otherwise this trade gets exponential worse. And I hope McClain is right because right now he is the only person reporting that it really was the Rams and not our own pick we traded. The madness? Nick Caserio is still getting praised for it.

With the first pick this year, in the 3rd round we pick a QB because our GM had him as a 2nd round pick. You know what? QBs in the 2nd don't work out. The 3 best 2nd round QBs in the last 20 years are Brees, Carr and Dalton. And the only reason Brees went in the 2nd was because 20 years ago people didn't believe that a QB with his height was able to play in the NFL at all. Nick Caserio is still getting praised for it.

We get some no name players and all I can read here is how great of a signing they are and that Nick Caserio is doing wonders left and right. Then I check their NFL history and all I can see are fringe players or decent players with a lot of injuries. I even have a hard time to believe that somehow every person here knows every single NFL player out there. But if we sign one of those players everyone seems to be sure that Caserio is doing great work again.

Last time I checked Nick Caserio was in charge when we signed our new HC David Culley and the only thing he is known for, is being the worst WR coach in the history of the NFL.

So please could someone explain to me why Nick is so great and/or what is going on here for months?
