Can I go to the Michelob Ultra bar?

Hello everyone,

I have tickets for the Rangers series and saw Friday is Happy Hour in the Michelob Ultra Bar only. Do i need to have specific tickets for that area? I have sec 333 so I was wondering if we can go up there regardless without having patio tickets.
