Can I buy sausage similar to restaurants to smoke at home?

We moved from Houston to Atlanta a couple years ago and I can't find any sausage like what I got in Texas. Probably get dragged for this, but my favorite was Rudys. But any Texas smoked sausage is fantastic. What do I look for in the store? Everything here is more like a hot dog, brat or Italian sausage.
