Can I build you a website for free?

Hey guys, I saw someone else post about this and Im in a similar situation and would also love to help out. Im a little new to this entureopenur stuff but im looking to start with web development. I'm pretty skilled actually but I need help building out my portfolio I just need about 5-10 people to let me build their sites for free. Any takers?
