Can I ask why is it too late to give Eric beinemy an interview?

Supposedly she's the coach that DeShaun Watson wants. he has been the offensive coordinator for the best offense in football over the last 2 years. Why not just give him an interview and see if you want to hire him or not? Just interview him and then decide.
