Can I afford a decent house with 135K salary in Houston?

Working as a pharmacist in the Woodlands for about 3 years, and have managed to save up around 165k split between stocks, and savings while living with my parents. Single, no kids, taking home around 8.5K after taxes with expenses around 3k in non house related expenses such as student loans, car, food, insurance etc. I would like to live near the Woodlands and decent houses around there are around 350-450k.
