Can anyone suggest a bank that they’re happy using?

I’m switching my family’s banking away from Wells Fargo for dozens of reasons. I have another account at a credit union (first community) but they’ve also gotten shittier and more corporate over the last few years.

I have heard good things about Frost. I am looking for a place that takes walk-ins, where you can still get someone on the phone, and had a decent online banking interface. Thanks!
